TableFoe Privacy Policy
TableFoe ("the app", "we") is an app for finding an opponent and playing Warhammer games. This policy explains what personal data we collect, what we use it for, who we share it with and what rights you have over it.
1. Who is responsible for processing your data

2. What data we collect
- Account: email and password, managed by Supabase Auth. We never see or store your password in plain text — Supabase stores it encrypted.
- Player profile: display name, preferred game system, experience level and play style.
- Optional contact: a username or phone number (Discord, WhatsApp...) that you choose to add so other players can reach you.
- Posted games: game system, points, format and status of each open game you create.
We do not collect location data, phone contacts, or payment data — the app does not handle bookings or payments.
3. Who we share your data with
- With other players in the app: when someone shows interest in a game you've posted, the app reveals your optional contact so they can reach out and meet up. This is the only case where your data is shown to another user.
- With Supabase (authentication and database provider, acting as data processor): hosts your account, profile and games. We do not share data with anyone else — there are no advertising or third-party analytics SDKs in the app.
4. How long we keep your data
For as long as your account exists. If you delete it (or ask us to), we remove your profile and any games you've posted within a reasonable time.
5. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or to stop processing it, by writing to soporte@tablefoe.app. If you live in the European Union, you can also file a complaint with your data protection authority (in Spain, the AEPD).
6. Minors
The app is not directed at children under 16. If you believe a minor under that age has provided us with data, please contact us and we will delete it.
7. Security
Passwords are managed and encrypted through Supabase Auth; all communication between the app and the server is encrypted (HTTPS).
8. Changes to this policy
If we change anything significant, we will indicate it in the app itself or on this page before it takes effect.
