TableFoe Terms of Service

Last updated: August 6, 2026.

By using TableFoe ("the app") you accept these terms.

1. What TableFoe is

TableFoe connects Warhammer players who are looking for an opponent. You post or respond to open games; the app reveals contact details between both parties so you can agree on a day, time and place outside the app (by phone, Discord, WhatsApp...). TableFoe does not handle table bookings, tournaments or payments — those, if applicable, are agreed directly with the other person or the store.

2. Your account

You need an account (email and password) to post games or show interest in others. You are responsible for the activity that happens on your account and for the accuracy of your profile information.

3. Expected conduct

We may suspend or close accounts that violate this.

4. Meeting in person — read this carefully

TableFoe connects people who don't know each other so they can meet in person. We do not verify users' identity or supervise meetups. Use common sense: meet in public places (like the store or club where you'll be playing), and don't share sensitive information with strangers. TableFoe is not responsible for what happens at a meetup arranged through the app.

5. No warranties

The app is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that you will always find an opponent, or that the service will be free of errors or interruptions.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, TableFoe is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the app or from meetups arranged through it.

7. Changes to the service or these terms

We may update the app or these terms. If the change is significant, we will indicate it in the app itself before it takes effect.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law.
